We are fortunate to have Karen Bechtel Perkins join our Board of Directors.

Karen is former Executive Director of the Concord-Carlisle Community Chest where she was responsible for the operation, growth, and development of the organization. Prior to joining the Chest, Karen was the business director at Lovelane, a therapeutic horseback riding program. Before working the nonprofit sector, Karen worked in design and marketing communications at National Grid.

Recently retired, Karen enjoys traveling, gardening, walking, yoga and being with family and friends.  

She is a Corporator at Emerson Hospital and an Overseer at deCordova.

Karen and her husband Bill Perkins live in Concord.
