Support Gaining Ground in the Ride for Food, 5K Walk for Food, or Off the Beaten Path!

For the sixth year, Gaining Ground is again partnering with Three Squares New England in the annual Ride for Food. Over the last 10 years, the Ride for Food has raised over 3.7 million dollars for local hunger-relief organizations in Massachusetts.

This year, in addition to the Ride for Food, the program is also offering a 5K Walk for Food and virtual Off the Beaten Path, allowing participants to do the physical activity of their choice (bike, walk, run, swim, walk, hike, kayak, etc.) throughout the summer and fall, as well as an in-person ride or walk on Sunday, October 2, 2022! Participants can choose their preferred activity and join in the fight for hunger relief.

Gaining Ground is taking part to raise funds to support our farm’s operations and our efforts to feed more people. We are looking for folks to join Team Gaining Ground, and we are also looking for donations in support of our riders (and walkers and hikers)!
